The Face Behind Twinoaks Beauty
Hello, I'm Rosanna! The proud, award winning beauty therapist and owner of the salon Twinoaks Beauty, an award-winning beauty and skincare salon in Ashford, Kent.
My journey in the beauty industry began back in 1999, when I studied full-time for my Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications. More than 25 years later, I'm still just as passionate about helping my clients look and feel their very best!
Over the years, I've worked in prestigious beauty salons, spas and clinics, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across skincare, advanced beauty treatments, massage and makeup artistry. I've learnt from some incredibly talented professionals along the way, while developing my own techniques, expertise and personal approach to treatments.
But one thing I've never stopped doing is learning.
Skincare science, products and treatments are constantly evolving, which is why I regularly undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD), attend specialist training and stay connected with professional industry organisations.
For me, it's about combining decades of experience with up-to-date knowledge to ensure every client receives professional, personalised care.

More Than Just a Beauty Therapist
Alongside my work at Twinoaks Beauty, I'm also a professional makeup artist, specialising in bridal makeup, special occasions and fashion makeup.
I've had the wonderful opportunity to work backstage at London Fashion Week on multiple occasions, creating makeup looks for models and designers in a fast-paced, creative environment.
It's a completely different side of the beauty industry, and one I absolutely love! From the excitement of backstage fashion shows to helping a bride feel beautiful on her wedding day, makeup artistry allows me to combine my technical skills with my creative side.

I'm incredibly proud to have received recognition for my work at the Kent Health & Beauty Awards over several years. My most recent achievements at the 2026 Kent Health & Beauty Awards include:

After achieving Silver for Beauty Therapist of the Year for three consecutive years, finally bringing home Gold in 2026 was an incredibly special moment!
These awards mean so much to me because they recognise the years of dedication, continued education and genuine care that go into every treatment I provide. But while the awards are lovely, the biggest reward will always be seeing my clients leave feeling happy, confident and beautifully looked after.

After years of working in busy salons, spas and clinics, I knew I wanted to create something a little different. Somewhere clients could enjoy professional, high-quality beauty treatments without feeling rushed, overlooked or like just another appointment in the diary.
And that's how Twinoaks Beauty was born.
My beautiful, purpose-built annexe salon in Ashford provides a peaceful, private and welcoming environment where every appointment is dedicated entirely to you.
Whether you're visiting for a bespoke facial, advanced skincare treatment, massage, waxing, lash lift, brow lamination or another beauty service, my approach is always the same. Personalised treatments, meticulous hygiene, professional expertise and the time and attention you deserve. There's no conveyor belt of appointments here. Just a relaxed, one-to-one experience where you can ask questions, discuss your concerns and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.
