Booking Terms and Conditions.
We understand that occasionally things happen and you’re unable to make your appointment with us at Twinoaks Beauty.
Please try to give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer someone else your sought after appointment slot.

Treatment and appointment times are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

– Less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment charge.
– “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment charge.
– For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

If cancellation fees are not paid in full, you will be unable to book another appointment.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our waiting list clients of our availability. Our policies ensure that we’re able to provide our clients with the best possible level of service and flexibility when needed.
